Finally, after 4 years,
some survivors of the 2011 earthquake and Tsunami in Kesennuma are able to move from
their THU into permanent apartments.
I must give credit to the construction firms cos they have done a good job.
Here are pictures of the apartment blocks . It comes with a community hall and well equipped kitchen.
